Pakistan can remove army from Afghanistan and deploy on Kashmir border

Pakistan has now started playing Afghanistan card after not getting the support of the US on Kashmir issue. Pakistan says that due to the ongoing tension between the two countries, it can withdraw its army from the border of Afghanistan and deploy it on the border of Kashmir.
In fact, the Afghan peace talks between the US and the Taliban are in their final stages. In such a situation, the withdrawal of the Pakistani army from Afghanistan border may adversely affect the situation. Pakistan indirectly wants to put pressure on the US by signaling the army to withdraw from there.

Pakistan's ambassador to the US, Asad Majeed Khan, told the US indirectly in the interview, Kashmir and Afghanistan were separate issues and he was not trying to link them. Pakistan hopes that the US-Taliban talks will succeed and that their country is actively supporting it. But he further said India's steps in Kashmir are more troublesome for us.

Islamabad has so far maintained strong military control over the western border with Afghanistan. In his argument, Assad said that the Indian government's decision on Kashmir has come at a time when Pakistan's entire focus is on stopping Taliban infiltration on the Afghan border.

During this time, he repeatedly said that the current situation in Kashmir is the most important issue for Pakistan. Assad continued, "If the situation on the eastern border deteriorates, we have to take this step." We are not thinking like this but we have to pay attention to what is happening on the eastern border.
